Bailey Burch

Bailey is the Marketing Coordinator and CFO at Borg Law Group, originally from Michigan, Bailey moved to Las Vegas in 2016 and has called Nevada home ever since.

In her role with the firm, Bailey oversees the firm’s marketing and social media efforts and helps with understanding finances to make informed decisions towards business growth. Bailey has a passion for creating engaging content, and finding creative ways to make the legal industry feel more approachable.

Outside of work, Bailey recently got married and has embraced a unique work-life balance that takes her between Nevada and Finland, where she spends roughly half of the year supporting her husband as he pursues his professional hockey career. When she’s not working, Bailey enjoys traveling, exploring new places, spending time with her husband, and creating content.
